A Plein Air painted during a Grand Rapids Ohio Arts Council "Paint Out" 2023. Grand Rapids is a small town with canals that once carried goods and people 249 miles between Toldeo and Cincinnati...linking Lake Erie and the Ohio River. Mules once towed flat-bottom boats along on this "Tow Path". The cabin, between the canal and the Maumee river, was built in 1949 for or by the Boy Scouts and has been their meeting place ever since.
