Inspired by the glorious woodland scapes on the property of the Golden Apple Art Residency in Harrington, Maine (a wonderful opportunity afforded me by a grant from the Marianna Hofer Arts Endowment Fund).
The forest scene is rich with tall trees, their leaves filtering sunlight onto the forest floor. Dense foliage creates a calming and serene atmosphere.
